Management at this day centre for elderly and disabled people wanted to create a stimulating outdoor space where visitors can enjoy the gardens whilst protected from excessive UV exposure and inclement weather.

The WeatherSpan canopy offered a solution that was within the council’s budget and included energy efficient LED lighting so that the patio area can be used in the evenings.

The canopy was available on a short lead time, and installation was completed within 3 days. This meant the canopy installation could be scheduled prior to commencement of landscaping work to the gardens.
