Project management is the test of any good contracting organisation. Our team of project managers all have at least 15 years experience in the industry. They have all been installers in the past and have hands-on experience in installation and commissioning.

We believe communication is the key to effective project management. We appreciate that conditions on site can change rapidly especially towards the end of a project and we aim to be as accommodating as possible.

Working closely with the manufacturing and installation managers our project management team are able to react quickly to your demands.

Our ISO9001:2015 accreditation provides a framework for effective and professional systems driven project management. Our passion for customer service and keeping our promises continues to be rewarded by our loyal client base with repeat work.

The canopy installed by Waverley has given us a great sheltered outdoor space which can be used all year round. The planning stage was handled professionally, and we were given very comprehensive drawings to help us imagine the project. The finished product has also modernised a previously outdated elevations of the school, blending it in with more recent site expansions.
