Performance Objective
Supports the Marketing Coordinator & Marketing Director in delivering marketing activity and
tasks, with a specific focus on designing, developing and maintaining creative assets and
maintaining digital channels including social media and websites for the Waverley group of companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create and maintain all marketing materials across different platforms, including datasheets, brochures, sales presentations, training documents and other literature as required
- Organise production & stock management of all marketing assets inc brochures, promotional gifts
- Create and maintain photograph/image/video library
- Maintain and update content on the company websites and social media platforms
- Ensure brands are communicated consistently across all customer touchpoints
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator & Marketing Director to develop and deliver plans, campaigns and content
- Work with Marketing Coordinator to assist pre-construction team with the preparation of tender returns for major projects, e.g. design of customised presentations, technical submissions etc
- Research & monitor market trends, competitor activity, target customer updates and other relevant information
- Collate and update marketing performance data on a regular basis inc KPIs, NPS score
Requirements
- Creative & design-led with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Proficient in using creative software and technology for design and image/video editing, including Adobe Creative Suite and/or equivalents
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively on own whilst also being a strong team player
- Numerate & articulate, with excellent communication skills
- Experience in using digital marketing channels including website management and social platforms
- Skilled in Microsoft apps – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
- Qualifications in Design or Marketing would be desirable
